Refund & Replacement Policy


Refund Policy: We don’t provide refunds, but if you encounter a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a replacement within 2 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to follow the guidelines in our Returns and Replacements policy for the correct procedure.

Returns and Replacements: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team at mail@uvretail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. We will initiate the replacement process promptly.

Replacement Process: Upon verification of the manufacturing defect, we will dispatch a replacement within 5-7 working days.

Shipping Policy:

Minimum Timeline: We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order confirmation. 

Maximum Timeline: In case the product is not delivered within 5-7 business days from the order date, please reach out to our customer support team for prompt assistance.
